The registration /admission form may be printed from the website or obtained from the school admissions office. This form must be completed and sent to the school along with all the documents mentioned on the form to enable the school to process the application. Please ensure that the requisite Registration Fees is sent with the Registration Form failing which the application shall not be processed.
